印刷电路板周边设备，如钻孔机、成型机、锣机、X-RAY、精雕机等，由于在生产加工过程中需要在覆铜板上钻出过孔，锣边成型等并产生大量粉尘，如不及时吸尘处理一方面会影响加工精度，降低产品质量，另一方面容易又对钻头造成损害，减短使用寿命。而边磨机、V-CUT机等，其磨边、裁切等加工过程中也会有大量粉尘产生，影响产品质量及车间环境。
